Role Overview:
The CRM Campaign Executive will be responsible for executing data-driven CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role focuses on hands-on campaign execution, segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization across multiple customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, build, and launch targeted CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and Loyalty platforms
- Execute trigger-based and scheduled campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle stages
Data Management & Segmentation:
- Create and manage customer segments based on behavioural, demographic, and transactional data
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency within the CRM platform
- Support data mapping and coordination with internal tech or analytics teams
Personalization & Customer Journeys:
- Assist in designing personalized customer journeys for onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, and retention
- Implement dynamic content and rule-based personalization across channels
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track campaign KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, engagement, and ROI
- Analyze customer and campaign data to derive insights and improvement opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and journeys
- Apply learnings to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Design teams
- Ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with broader business and marketing objectives
CRM System Support:
- Support day-to-day CRM operations and ensure optimal utilization of platform features
- Assist in identifying gaps, issues, or improvement opportunities within CRM workflows
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure campaigns adhere to data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management, opt-outs)
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM campaigns, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
- Exposure to agency or fast-paced environments is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign workflows
- Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards)
Analytical & Marketing Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements
- Awareness of digital marketing and CRM best practices
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- Curious mindset with willingness to learn and experiment
