ICICI Prudential Life Insurance’s new product, ICICI Pru Precious life was specially designed to offer life cover to individuals with pre-existing health problems like diabetes, cholesterol, etc. The objective was to reach out to the masses on social media. So, we started with WhatsApp creatives and customized them according to specific pre-existing diseases that this term plan covered.
We kept the communication to the point and impactful while the creatives remained minimalistic. Extending it forward, we pushed the same communication on other social media channels with minute changes in the format.
