As a responsible brand, Tupperware has always believed in caring for food and that’s reflected in their actions as well. Research showed that one-third of the food produced for human consumption gets wasted. To address this issue, we came up with campaign #CareForFood wherein we identified realistic opportunities; we showed how we could care for food and talked to chef Kunal Kapoor about it to bring this topic forward. Then, we organized a leftover-makeover contest where our audience shared their food revamping ideas.
The campaign received 64lakh impressions, 1.3 lakh engaging user, 2800+ retweets, 3000 users received sandwich keepers via our association with Twigly. The campaign put the point across that with Tupperware, caring for food is easier.
