Pulp Strategy looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee and help grow our accounts and Business Development representative’s team. We service most of the top IT brands in the country and our leadership team comprises of some of the top influencers of the industry.
To qualify, you should have 5-7 years of experience in pitching, converting and growing client relationships in a digital agency/publisher role. You must have an existing Rolodex of key accounts that can be mined immediately for new digital/social business for the org. We will back you up with a strong strategy and execution team across planning, creative and content.
We are looking for someone with excellent written and oral skills with a strong understanding of the digital space including search, social, publisher and media space. Cross category and cross marketing knowledge that will establish you as a SME with clients and earn trust is very important as is clear understanding of the difference between tactics and strategy.

Experience & Qualification:
A mass communications or a marketing (MBA) preferred. Graduates from a good university with strong background can be considered.
5-7 years’ relevant experience in Business development – with proven track record of having nurtured large accounts from acquisition to high growth stage.
Spent 3-4 years in a leading digital agency/publisher. Current with an Advertising agency / Media agency in a mid-senior sales/servicing profile.
